1 Great News for ALL Dogs
Recently I wrote about the horrible diagnosis that my
wife and I were give about our little 5 year old Chihuahua pal,
Pepino.
Here’s a short recap-
Several weeks ago, Pepino developed an inflamed, pussy blister on
the tip of his tongue which now partially eaten away and coated
with a milky slime.
We took him to a traditional vet thinking it was an infection. She
examined him, took blood and did X-rays. After 30 minutes she told
us…no blood problems and can’t see much in the x-rays except the
kidney looks a bigger than I would expect…could be part of what I
am going to tell you or maybe nothing. But that tongue, that
blister,…it’s not good and I have over 20 years experience seeing
this type of condition
Here’s the diagnosis.. “Your dog has cancer- and could die within 2
months.” My wife cried and I was floored. She suggested we see an
oncologist for a biopsy to determine the exact type of cancer but
even if he could live through a biopsy in his poor condition and
tolerate chemotherapy or radiation. his prognosis was poor. He
would not live long and he was only going to get worse.
I did some research and also immediately contacted a practitioner
of natural healing protocols for animals that I know, Dr Elliott
Harvey, a noted herbalist, homeopath and author.
I told him what happened and he told me to come see him.
Dr Harvey explained the role of the liver and spleen and how a
tongue can become eroded in dogs that have taken medications, as
Pepino has, for a collapsing trachea.
He mixed a blend of herbs for Pepino and added a special herb that
has been used to send cancer running into remission in dogs and
other animals.
We immediately started Pepino on the protocol and waited for the
final evaluation from the oncologist that we also went to see, who
decided against a biopsy …
Here’s why….
The oncologist saw no visible signs of the cancer in Pepino that
the 1st vet was sure existed, but suggested we could start doing
ultrasounds to look for some, anyway…Huh???
His appetite is now fully back, his mouth is totally clear, his
energy has returned, he plays, he walks, he jogs, he is full of
vigor and he is doing better than ever….of course he is supposed
to be slipping away by now.
Not so - We expect Pepino to live a long, happy and healthy life
thanks to Dr Harvey!
The point here is that there are alternative means to take your dog
that vets don’t even know about…traditional medicine is not
everything. This Great News for All Dogs !
Vets are not infallible, no one is.
